1. Who we are
Garden Homes Labs LLC ("we") operates Atlas. Our address is 2120 Garden Homes Ct, Ann Arbor, MI 48103, and you can reach us at support@atlashomeos.com.
2. What Atlas is
Atlas is a self-hosted household assistant. A household's messages, files and calendar are stored on servers that household controls, or on a server we operate for that household.
3. Information we collect
- Account details for household members: a name; a mobile number if they turn on texts; an email address where one is given.
- Content members put into Atlas: messages, files, calendar entries and reminders.
- Call and text records, and voicemail recordings and transcriptions, for household phone numbers.
- Basic server logs (IP address, timestamps), kept for security.
4. How we use it
Only to provide Atlas to the household: delivering messages and notifications, running the assistant, and securing the service. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.
5. Service providers
We use providers that process data on our behalf only to run Atlas: Twilio (calls and text messages), Cloudflare (hosting and DNS), and AI model providers when a household enables them. They may not use the data for their own purposes.
6. Text messaging (SMS)
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages (such as our SMS provider) under confidentiality obligations. Atlas texts are sent only to household members who opt in and to people who text the household's number first. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.
7. Retention
Household content stays until the household deletes it. Server logs are kept up to 90 days. SMS consent records are kept as long as the number is opted in and for 4 years afterward, as evidence of consent.
8. Your choices
Opt out of texts with STOP or in Atlas settings. Household members can ask for access to their data or for deletion at support@atlashomeos.com.
9. Children
Atlas accounts for minors are created and managed by a parent or guardian in the household.
10. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access is limited to household members and the operator.
11. Changes
We'll update the effective date and notify household members of material changes.
