Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Garden Homes Labs LLC ("we") for use of Atlas.
2. The service
Atlas is in private development, is offered only to invited households, is provided "as is", and may change.
3. Accounts
The household admin manages members. Members keep their credentials secure.
4. Acceptable use
No unlawful, harassing or spam use, and no unsolicited bulk or marketing texts through Atlas.
5. SMS Program Terms
Program name: Atlas household texts
Description: Texts to household members who opt in, including reminders they set, calendar and task notifications, voicemail transcriptions, replies from the Atlas assistant, and personal messages sent and received through the household's number.
How to opt in: In Atlas, open Settings > Text Messaging, enter your mobile number, and check the consent box, or text START to your household's Atlas number.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT). You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
For help, reply HELP or email support@atlashomeos.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

6. Third-party services
Twilio, Cloudflare and optional AI providers have their own terms.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Atlas is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from Atlas is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, which is currently $0.
8. Termination
Either party may stop at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
